You can submit one or more plain text sales copy requests at a time. Makes sure to indicate how many emails from your membership plam that you want to use.
However only one request will be worked on at a time. Once that request is finished the next request submitted will be worked on.
Our turnover is usually veyr quick. Depending on how many emails you decide to use per request will determine how long it will take. We activelyt work on requests M-F 10 am to 5pm CST.
Typically requests are complete within as little as 5 business days or less.
Once you are a member you will be invited to a Trello board where you keep track of your work orders. From there you will be able to put in workl requests as well as do approvals.
If you need a one off service. You can cancel or pause the subscription once your work order is done.
No, we only write plain test copy that you are free to insert into HTML deisgns in your emails.
In our work flow process in Trello we submit copy to you for approval. You can either approve or disapprove the copy and provide loom videos for more insight into what you are looking for.
Let us know you want to pause the subscription and we can do it for you or you will have access to pause your subscription inside of your Trello board when we onboard you.
The subscription is billed every 30 days so you need to pause it before 30 days.
Emails and Loom consulkting time do not care over tot he next month.
To make sure that you understand the service and that you can pause and cancel your service. When you click onthe button to get started it will take you to our servi e agreement to sign. That is when you choose which membership plan you want. It clearly shows waht you get with the service as well as when you need to pause or cancel membership if you do not want to be billed the next month.
The service agreement and payment method through Stripe is all included in that agreement to secure your payment and membership plan benefits.
